Welcome to XDP Homedrop
Homedrop is the division of XDP that operates a dedicated 2-man delivery network. We provide 2-man delivery of many household items, direct to your door.
The service differs slightly from the overnight parcel services of XDP Express, in that all deliveries are made between 3 and 5 days from dispatch from the sender. Items in the XDP Homedrop network are booked in with the end recipient, to ensure that a succesfull delivery is made to everyones satisfaction.
We currently carry a large number of white goods of all kinds, from several electrical retailers. Aside from the delivery itself we are able to offer additional services such as packaging removal, placement of the consignment is a specified room of the house, or even connection of the consignment.
The XDP Homedrop network opperates a complete track and track system using barcoded consignment labels which are scanned at each point of the parcels journey. Online tracking of the unique consignment number allows the sender or the consignee to see exactly where the item is at any time - including details of when it is booked in for delivery, once this is scheduled.
