Getting around the new look XDP Express website
We hope you'll find what your looking for on our new site - but to help you get around, here are a few pointers:
- You can jump back to this main page at any time by clicking the logo in the top left corner.
- For XDP customers, you can log into the tracking system using the button towards the top right of most pages. Your username and password will be the same as previously - and the tracking system itself wont have changed.
- Anyone can track a single consignment number by entering it in the 'Track' field at the top right corner of all pages. You do not need to log in for this, and the end recipient can also use this if they know the consignment number they are tracking.
- For information, use the navigation links across the top of each page.
- There will be a 'Quick Enquiry' box on each screen which can be used to send a message directly from this site. The recipient of this message will change depending on the area of the site you are currently viewing in order to direct it to the most appropriate person.
- For general enquiries please use this main page
- For parcel enquiries, please use the customer services page
- For specific departments, please select the one you require from the 'Contact Us' link at the top
- You'll find helpful commonly used links in the 'Quick Links' section towards the bottom right of any page.
