XDP have implemented a new system called XSYS, which should be used by all customers in place of the older EKEY system. Your existing EKEY username and password will allow you access to XSYS. Any customer not already using this should begin to do so, as the EKEY system will not be available after Friday 26th November.

The XSYS system allows you to enter consignments in a similar way to EKEY, and also provides much more detailed tracking information - including hard copy PODs.If you specifically need to access the EKEY system then please go to http://exchange.xdp.co.uk
